There was an unexpected hiccup on my end with financing and he still managed to navigate me through and get me into the car I wanted. I’ll even be able to refinance in about 6-8 months after I get my issue straightened out! He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will work with you. He answered my endless questions and texts professionally, and really put my mind at ease. And Dale, I see you as well. Usually dealers that aren’t working with you directly are aloof, but Dale was friendly and helpful when needed as well. If more than 5 stars was an option, you guys would definitely get them!
